2. What data we collect and why

Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your company, phone number and the content of your message. We use this data exclusively to answer your enquiry and to manage the business relationship that may follow. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Operational communications. If you are a client or supplier, we process contact and billing data as needed to perform our contract with you (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations such as tax law (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (via Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site. This involves cookies and similar technologies; data is aggregated and does not allow us to identify you directly. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie settings.

3. How long we keep your data

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, at most, for one year after our last interaction, unless a business relationship begins. Contractual and billing data is kept for the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with: (a) service providers who help us run this website and our operations (hosting, email, analytics), under data processing agreements; and (b) public authorities where the law requires it. Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EEA; in those cases transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
